Morris Animal Refuge - Save-A-Life

	No animal brought to our door is ever turned away. Unfortunately not all animals find new homes. It takes hard work, sometimes a little luck, and always the generosity of our friends to feed, care for and find homes for our abused, neglected and abandoned friends. Please help us in our mission and save a life today!
	We are often asked if we can accept donations in someone's memory or honor, or if we can accept a donation for a particular event such as a birthday, anniversary, baby naming, etc., or if we can accept a donation as a gift for someone who has everything, all to help save the animals. We are delighted to receive such donations. As part of such a donation we will send you a receipt and send an appropriate donation acknowledgment to whomever you designate. If you desire to "Save-A-Life" in behalf of someone else all you have to do is: Send us a check for the donation made out to the Morris Animal Refuge (A $15 to $25 minimum is suggested) to: Morris Animal Refuge 1242 Lombard Street Philadelphia, PA 19147 Include with the check a note with your directions including: To whom the receipt should be sent and to what address, To whom the acknowledgment should be sent and to what address, For what memory, honor, event, or who's gift, etc. the donation was made You can also make such a donation online for your convenience on our secure server for you security and privacy. Just go to our Save-A-Life Donation Form to make your donation via your credit card.
	As you create or review your estate plan please consider making the Morris Animal Refuge a part of your plan.
	You might want to consider donating appreciated securities to the Refuge to "Save-A-Life". Donating appreciated securities can reduce your year end's income tax liability.
	We would be happy to consult with your financial advisor and/or attorney to develop a program of planned giving to the Refuge with you at your convenience.
	The Morris Animal Refuge is a nonprofit organization as determined by the Internal Revenue Service under their code, section 501(c)(3). Donations to the Refuge are therefore tax deductible to the extent of the law.
