Pay what you wish donation based fitness class to benefit the Morris Animal Refuge.While we may be quarantined, who's to say we can’t stay active? Body Architect, Pete Mattis, will be teaching a virtual fitness class on Wednesday, July 1st at 6:30 PM to benefit The Morris Animal Refuge!

Register today and prepare to get up and moving, all while helping homeless animals find their forever homes.

Class information:

Class name: BALANCED FIT FUNCTIONAL BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT

Duration: 50 MINUTES

Description: BFF, our most effective and efficient class. You will learn basic bodyweight functional training. You will improve mobility, posture, and breathing. This class compliments any sport and practice.

Format: 15-min mobilization and introduce movements; 30-min of bodyweight interval circuits of foundational movements; 5-min cool-down to reinforce new patterns

Intensity: Moderate—A controlled, core based, bodyweight strengthening workout, individually scalable to your ability and level of effort.

This is a donation based class. Registration is free with a suggested donation of $10 to the refuge!

How to register:

1) Register using the "Class registration" link in Eventbrite.

2) Donate what you can using the "Donation to The Morris Animal Refuge" link in Eventbrite. We have a suggested donation of $10 but encourage you to give whatever you can right now. All donations go to The Morris Animal Refuge.

3) Mark your calendar. You will receive a Zoom Meeting ID and Password after registering. Use this information to tune into the class on Wednesday, July 1st at 6:30PM EST.
