Ready to reboot your morning routine for the new year?

Having a strong morning routine can set us up to have a positive and successful start to the day, but many people struggle to create a ritual that sticks. Some of the most common reasons for this are trying to mimic habits we see other people doing--in the hopes that it'll work the same for us--and the challenges of creating new habits.

In this virtual interactive workshop, we'll discuss benefits and traits of a strong morning routine, how we can apply principles of mindfulness to bring more peace and purpose to the start of our day and four key strategies for incorporating and maintaining new and healthy habits. By the end of this workshop, attendees will have drafted a plan that they can begin putting into action the very same day as well as leave with strategies for habit-building that can be applied to other areas of their lives. Attendees will also receive planning materials and have the opportunity to receive real-time feedback and guidance.

The workshop will be capped at 30 attendees to help create a welcoming space and opportunities for dialogue.

A percentage of each ticket sale will be donated to Morris Animal Refuge.

SESSION LENGTH: 60 minutes

TECHNOLOGY: This workshop will be delivered via Zoom. Attendees will receive a meeting link and other important information after completing the registration form.
