This handsome guy is Rome! Rome arrived at the shelter in January of 2023, and he was at the shelter for over 6 months. Even though Rome was doing well at the shelter, that’s too long for any animal to be in the system, and we were desperate for him to find his forever home.
Rome is a special case that Morris decided to take on. When he came to us he had very irritated, itchy skin and he was extremely uncomfortable. His severe allergies continued without a cure. We tried different medications, foods, and met with a dermatologist in order to get him feeling right!
Finally, we found a solution, and Rome now looks and feels like a completely new cat. He is super sweet and loves to be loved while he lounges around the house.
